PROCEDURE

• Application form (Size: 221 KB, Format: PDF, Language: English)
• Demand draft of Rs.2500 +450/-(18 % GST) in favour of Competent Authority i.e., additional chief Administrator JDA , JDA payable at Jalandhar.
• Three passport size photograph
• A bank guarantee of Rs. 10,000/ in favour of Additional Chief Administrator, JDA, Jalandhar for the period of 6 years..
• Affidavit for non-conviction by any Court during last 5 years.
• Authorization letter from Firm/Company/Co-operative Society to act on their behalf.
• Income Tax clearance certificate may be substituted with PAN No. and copy of last income tax return.

Time limit: – 07 working days from the date of receipt of application.
